And it&#8217;s one more way we can all support the wild birds that visit our backyard habitats.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Take Fifteen Minutes!<\/h3>\n<h4>Count wild birds in your backyard and help create a real time, global snapshot of bird populations and their locations.<\/h4>\n<p>The Great Backyard Bird Count (GBBC) is a <strong>four day, world-wide count<\/strong> that helps us learn more about wild birds and changes in their territories over time.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Just three super-easy steps!<\/h2>\n<p>Visit <a href=\"http:\/\/gbbc.birdcount.org\/get-started\/\" target=\"_blank\">Birdcount.org <\/a> for all the details, but this is basically how it works:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>Create your free <a href=\"http:\/\/gbbc.birdcount.org\/\">Great Backyard Bird Count<\/a> account at birdcount.org.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Count birds for at least 15 minutes<\/strong> during February 16-19. You can submit more checklists!
